Cancellation policy. 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me and I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

My Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $300, whichever is more.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.

• I require a deposit to hold your appointment. Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give me the notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another appointment. If you do not cancel with 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be brought forward to future services.
