Where are you based?
I am based in Melbourne, Australia. I work from Chadstone Shopping Centre and can choose a meeting point that suits you. I can also do shopping sessions from other shopping centres that may better suit you.
However, if you are interstate or overseas we can definitely arrange something virtually.
Do you provide virtual packages?
Yes! While ‘Style To-Go’ is a completely virtual experience, both Wardrobe Rejuvenate and Style Discovery packages can be adjusted to be conducted virtually. Each package is tailored to you personally and your needs.
What hours and days are you available?
At the moment I work full-time hours in another job. Therefore, I conduct my consultations on weekends and after hours on weeknights..
Wardrobe and Shopping trips are held on weekends, usually starting first thing in the morning to avoid afternoon crowds. Late night shopping trips are also available on Friday nights ONLY.
What if I need to reschedule our appointment?
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me and I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

What if I’ve just had a big life change and my weight is fluctuating?
If you are a new mum or are going through any life/weight change, I recommend waiting until you are at a stable weight. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t book in with me now, so you have a goal to work towards.
When do I have to make payment?
For packages; Wardrobe Rejuvenate, Style Discovery and Tour de Shop, I take a 50% deposit prior to our style consultation and the following 50% prior to the last part of your service, whether that be the shop or wardrobe review.
For my Style To-Go service, this is an upfront payment and can be purchased through the website.
